This powerful program consists of two workshops with Dr Jules Goddard that enable senior leaders to explore the mindsets and creative approaches that will enable them to maximize their ability to make significant contributions to the company's high growth strategy.

During workshop one, each participant identifies a question that, if answered, would significantly impact the business. They then develop a hypothesis that could address this question. They continue to develop and refine both the question and the hypothesis across the duration of the program.
